Booking & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures any date or remote project. Balance due before delivery of final files. We accept M-Pesa, card, bank transfer, and crypto/USDT.

Priority & Expedited Access

Need it sooner? Priority Access is available for all disciplines and artist bookings. A +25% priority uplift applies on the applicable service rate. You'll receive a personal response within 24 hours, any day of the week. Use the Priority Access buttons in the booking section, or tick ⚡ Priority in the enquiry form.

Booking Hours

Bookings and confirmations are processed Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00am–1:00pm EAT. Requests outside these windows are confirmed in the next available slot.

Revisions

Mixing and production include two (2) revision rounds, consolidated within 7 days of the first draft. Additional rounds are billed per the rate card.

Ownership & Rights

Engineering, mixing, and mastering are work-for-hire — you own 100% of the master on final payment. Full production may include a production point and publishing split, agreed via Split Sheet.

Usage & Licensing

Broadcast and advertising production fees are separate from usage rights. Usage is licensed by term, territory, and media. Production grants no broadcast rights until a license is agreed.

Credits

Clients credit “Desmond ‘Sire’ Bosire” on all releases, campaigns, and media, while allowing cross-tagging and co-marketing for mutual growth.

Files & Storage

Drafts shared via Mixup.audio. Finals delivered on final payment. Sessions archived 90 days; long-term backup is the client's responsibility.
